Don’t stop the flowin’ Mojo!

This card screams "FUN!"

I am back from vacation! We had a great time away and saw everything from some Otakon Japanese Cartoon Convention in Baltimore to the White House (and DC Cupcake) to Amish Farmer’s Markets. Quite the trip. And just for the record, we should NEVER complain about humidity here in New England. Trust me when i tell you it could (and IS!) worse!

So spening a week away meant no stamping—Sometimes that is ok–Good for the mojo. So yesterday morning, instead of cleaning my house for a class I had last night, I couldn’t stop stampin’! Really—the mojo was flowin’ and you should NEVER interupt flowin’ mojo——You can quote me on that!

So as a result, I should have lots of new photos to share with you over the next week or so. Please note, I didn’t say these were masterpieces. For the most part, they are very simple and clean cards and VERY easy to mass produce. My inspiration for most of them was the special that Stampin’ Up! is offering this month. For the month of August, when you buy 3 packs of their (stunning!) Designer Series Papers, you will get one FREE!!!!!

While I always love their paper in the catalog, you have to see (and sometimes FEEL) it to really fall in love. This first card is just a FUN card made with the Big Top Birthday DSP (that is cool demo talk for “Designer Series Paper”!) and Curly Cute Stamp set ((W#117014-$19.95, C#120510-$14.95). One stamp set and a pack of adorable paper and you have yourself a years’ worth of greeting cards!  Check it out here on my website.

Inside the card, I just used a little more of that terrific DSP.   It brightens up the inside, don’t you think?  Look for more to come.  In the meantime, I hope you have a terrific humid free day and your mojo is flowin!
