Easiest Handmade Holiday Card EVER!

Ok–So time is a tickin’ but you have it in your mind that you WILL make your holiday cards this year.   That was the plan back in September when the holidays were so far away.   Sadly, the cards are NOT yet made and the holidays are coming fast!   I have a really quick (“Stupid Easy!”) answer for you!

This weekend, I was working on some thank you notes I needed—YESTERDAY!   Lying  on my desk was some washi tape and note cards.   Here is what I came up with in 32 seconds:

Clearly, this is a thank you note.  Here is how you can alter it to meet YOUR needs:

Those of you paying attention noticed that there are 4 pieces of washi tape on this one!  That is right–there are no washi tape rules!   Do whatever moves you.  (Note, the extra piece of washi tape will take you an extra 2 seconds–making this card a 34 second card!).

So let’s say you really don’t see yourself getting to these cards until after Christmas.  Check THIS out:

Not sure if you can tell but this is a gold washi tape –perfect for New Year’s cards.   (This greeting is from Good Greetings which was a limited edition stamp set from Stampin’ Up! this past fall).  I BET , if you are reading this blog, you have another greeting that will work here just fine.

Here is how you can make your washi stars (or hearts, or clovers!) without mucking up your punch:

Boom–your cards are done!  AND you have time to enjoy the rest of your holiday fun!

Thanks for stopping by.  Let me know how your card making is going.
